Different Yoga Exercises for Arthritis

Exercises help in building the strength of the joints and the muscles, tendons and the ligaments around the affected joints in arthritis. Yoga on the other hand not only helps in giving a better movement to the joints and relieving the stress and the stiffness from the joints but it also helps in improving the blood circulation. Ankle Bending and Rotation – Too much of injury can cause arthritis in ankles and since they take the entire weight of the body it is important to keep them in working condition. Arthritis in the ankle joints are painful, bending and rotating the ankle make the joints more flexible.
